We deliver EU-wide. Since we work with various suppliers, different shipping conditions and delivery times apply depending on the product category.

Note: Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cart, depending on the products included and their supplier/category assignment.
Mixed orders
If your order contains products from both suppliers, delivery will be made separately in separate shipments according to the delivery times mentioned above. Shipping costs are calculated separately for each supplier share according to the tables above and automatically summed up in the cart.
Important notes
- All delivery times mentioned are guidelines and refer to working days from receipt of payment. In the event of high demand or during holiday periods, delays may occur – in this case, we will inform you proactively by email.
- The goods remain our property until full payment has been made (retention of title).
- Information on returns and cancellations can be found in our cancellation policy.
